Having such feelings is not uncommon.  Fortunately, you can turn to Franciscan Village to assist you on your path to recovery.  Experienced licensed health care professionals will work with your physician in a coordinated effort to meet your needs.  Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility provides a healing environment while you receive direction from members of our highly trained and compassionate staff.

Franciscan Village offers a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as programs, including incontinence and wound care.  We also provide multidisciplinary care planning, medication administration and monitoring, pharmacist-led medication reviewing and a visiting medical director.  Our highly skilled and educated team of therapists and staff work with each patient, as well as with the family and the primary care physician, to design the care plan.  This ensures that each resident can make the progression from a successful rehabilitation to the place where one truly wants to be – home.
